Villa Melissa is a charming 4 bedroom private villa, located in a super quiet area on the Salinas Golf Club in Caleta de Fuste.  This villa is just 15 minutes away from the airport, on the East side of the island.

In 2022 the villa was given a full refit to bring the villa up to a luxury standard. There are 3 large bedrooms, 2 of which are double rooms, 1 is a twin room and there is a kid’s room which sleeps 2.  There are two bathrooms – an ensuite and a family bathoom . There is large living room/dining room area  with an open view of the kitchen which provides an open space for the whole family to enjoy.

There is a private pool and baby pool. The pool has a protection from the wind during the winter season and it can be heated. This is ideal for parents who want to spend time with their children in the pool.

From the lounge area the patio doors open onto a large terrace with dining table and easy chairs, and a BBQ, this makes the outside perfect for your el fresco dining and chilling.  There is a Jacuzzi Hot Tub for 3 persons for a relaxing water massage.

The garden with typical picon is a 600sqm area, where there are a lot of places to relax and lounge about around the pool or under the patio.  Choose a sofa to chill and relax with your favourite beverage or one of the 8 sun loungers on the large synthetic grass area to soak up the constant Fuerteventura sun. There is full privacy around the villa.

Villa Melissa is an ideal house for relaxing with your family or two families with kids, smart working and golf players or just to explore the island, the area is very central on the east coast of the island so an ideal location to hire a car and explore the rest of the island.

The Villa comes with all the modern appliances, everything you need home from home.
